• Every bill is analyzed by a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Workers' Compensation and NYS Fee Schedules . Our expert RN's are the key to our success. They can decipher medical jargon and ensure that only documented services are reimbursed. While identifying inappropriate and/or excessive treatment, they will advise clients on the necessity of diagnostic procedures, pre-surgical authorizations, and the relevance of IMEs.
• A detailed electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is generated for each bill. Each client receives an EOB for the provider, referencing the justification for all code and fee changes.
• Our use of electronic transfer ensures a fast and convenient turnaround.
